Delivery

 

Once you have completed the checkout you will receive a confirmation email. Please hold onto this for reference purposes. NB: please check in your spam filters for this email if it hasn't arrived in your inbox.

Delivery will follow the below guidelines unless otherwise stated at the top of each product description.

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom:

Our deliveries are sent via royal mail or parcel force.
Deliver cost is calculated at checkout.


International Delivery: (CURRENTLY ON HOLD)

International Delivery cost varies by location but is never more than £14. Orders are typically dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Delivery and will be delivered in approximately 5-10 working days.

 

Items posted to countries outside of the EU may have customs charges and/or duty applied by your local authority. Please note these are outside of Cherry Retro's control, and any associated custom fees or charges are the recipient's responsibility to pay.

 

Please note that if you place multiple orders to the same destination, we may have to consolidate these into one shipment. Customs charges vary from country to country, contact your customs office for more information.

SALE - Delivery of your items during any of our Sales may take slightly longer due to how busy it can be.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it to us at your own cost by A SIGNED FOR POST SERVICE within 28 days.

Please ensure the dispatch note is included or we could have trouble finding your order on our system.

Upon us receiving your returned goods we shall refund you for those goods minus original postage, provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-saleable condition. (This includes tags being left on)

All clothing is sent with a 'please do not remove tags' notice and we ask that these are not removed unless you are definitely keeping the item.

This is office only and not a shop premises.

If your goods do not reach you in good condition you must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods provided that they have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
 

FAULTY GOODS -
If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods.

We do not store credit card details and we do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

This may include following certain procedures, physical or technological protection and may include encryption of data or asking you for proof of identity before we disclose your personal information to yourself.

Orders and Payment
Once you are ready to order, add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout following the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to select between PayPal or Card payments to make your payment securely and payment can be made either via a paypal account or via card through Sage Pay.  All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only. We do not accept cheques unless by prior arrangement.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below. Non-acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances [but not limited to]:

 

  • · The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

  • · Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

  • · The identification of a pricing or product description error

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered (whether this by our error or an error by any third party), we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the order is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

  • In the event that we are unable to supply the Goods at the price or specification stated in the order, we will where possible notify you of any changes and where the Goods ordered are not available we may offer you substitute goods whereby you will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price and/or specification. You are not obliged to accept any substitute Goods and will be entitled to receive a full refund if you confirm that the substitute Goods are not acceptable.

  • The price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax or other sales tax (at the rate from time to time in force). Any packaging or delivery costs for which you shall be liable will be confirmed prior to your order being placed.

All items are subject to stock availability.

Delivery

We will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering. Unless we state otherwise on our website.

We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or (if none) 28 days of the date of your order but we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.


When we deliver your items to you, you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
